    At Waxaholic Body Waxing, we carefully select products to support your skincare goals and waxing results. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, the following return policy applies to all retail purchases.

    RETURNS

    Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if:

    • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • The product is accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • The return is made in person at Waxaholic Body Waxing during a scheduled appointment or business hours.

    Shipping returns are not accepted.

    USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS

    For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

    ALLERGIC REACTIONS OR SKIN SENSITIVITIES

    Every individual’s skin is unique and may respond differently to skincare products. Clients are encouraged to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test prior to full use.

    If you experience redness, irritation, itching, swelling, or any other adverse reaction:

    • Discontinue use immediately.
    • Contact Waxaholic Body Waxing within 7 days of the reaction.
    • A product exchange or store credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    Refunds are not guaranteed for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual skin responses.
