Cancellation Policy

DEPOSITS: a deposit is required at the time of booking and can be paid securely online with a debit or credit card. REMAINING BALANCE: the remaining balance for your service must be paid with a debit or credit card. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through your online account 24 hours before your appointment time. Prebooked clients (no deposit) who cancel with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will incur a $30 cancellation fee. This fee will be processed through the card on file. Your account will be blocked until payment is made. Clients who have paid a deposit and cancel outside of the cancellation window or now show, will have forfeited their deposit.
