Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS: a deposit is required at the time of booking and can be paid securely online with a debit or credit card. REMAINING BALANCE: the remaining balance for your service must be paid via Zelle either before or at the time of your appointment. Zelle instructions will be included in your confirmation email and reminders. CANCELLATIONS: if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through your online account 24 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and no shows will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before you can book another appointment.
